Nine years ago, Dr. Sorina Dumitru founded an NGO, and a year later, she launched a fabrication business. In the early years, she was fully immersed in day-to-day operations, struggling to scale either organization effectively.

Ms. Radu, a Finance professional and Imperial College London graduate, has managed all finance aspects as a Fractional CFO for emerging PE/VC funds and early-stage start-ups. She has led finance and back-office operations at an early-stage generalist VC fund, overseeing corporate finance, fund finance, compliance, HR, and operations.
Her expertise spans valuations, portfolio management support, and conducting financial due diligence on new investments. She managed fund finance and investor reporting for two funds with a total AUM of €1.2 billion and collaborated closely with the Head of IR on the successful fundraising of a new $1.9 billion fund.
